Mystery Trader’s Tips September 10th
Our Mystery Trader provides his tips for this weekend’s football action
It was a mixed week for our Mystery Trader last week, but he did nail a solid 21/10 shout for the England v Slovakia match. A fantastic weekend of fixtures awaits us, with Manchester United’s clash with bitter rivals Manchester City having the potential to be the most entertaining, so read on to find out what our Mystery Trader is tipping up…
Goals, goals, goals at Anfield

Liverpool games have seen the most goals so far in 2016
NAP (best bet) – Liverpool v Leicester BTTS @ 8/11*
Liverpool are set to play their first home game of the season this Saturday after the completion of their new main stand at Anfield and I’m expecting more of the same from the Reds. Since Jurgen Klopp’s arrival on Merseyside, Liverpool’s games have seen the most goals of any team in the Premier League and it looks unlikely they won’t score against a Leicester side who struggled away to Hull in their opening match. They’re as likely to concede as they are to score though and the Foxes possess an attacking threat which was recently boosted by the arrival of Islam Slimani from Sporting Lisbon. Back both teams to score.
City to take derby spoils

Man City are without star striker Aguero, but can still win
NB (next best) – Man City to Win @ 9/4*
The most anticipated match of the week sees Manchester United and Manchester City put their 100% starts on the line at Old Trafford. Visitors City are without goal merchant Sergio Aguero following his retrospective three game ban for violent conduct, but I think Pep Guardiola’s side will still get the win. The Spaniard has a much more favourable record against his counterpart Jose Mourinho (7 wins – 6 draws – 3 defeats) and there’s still more than enough quality in this City team to score goals, so I’m backing them to take the spoils.
Arsenal to gun down slow starting Saints

Arsenal have plenty of firepower to hurt Southampton
IWAC (in with a chance) – Arsenal to Win & Over 3.5 Goals @ 3/1*
Arsenal welcome Southampton to The Emirates this weekend and and I’m expecting a goal fest in north London. The Gunners have the returning Olivier Giroud to bolster their attacking ranks and despite about of critics for the Frenchman, he does bag at a decent ratio in the Premier League. The addition of new signing Lucas Perez seems to add more fuel to the fire and the fact that Arsenal will be fielding a new centre back partnerships leaves them vulnerable in defence. They may concede a sloppy goal or two, but I expect Arsenal to get through and take the points.
