Ayr tips for Saturday: Intisaab to shine in Silver Cup

Intisaab looks pure gold in Silver Cup
Intisaab is right at the top of his game at present and can bag a deserved big race success in the Ayr Silver Cup (14.35).
The David O’Meara trained gelding has shown improved form since being fitted with cheekpieces, winning twice and finishing runner-up on five occasions in his last seven starts.
Intisaab was an lucky loser on his penultimate outing when encountering trouble in-running before thundering home to be beaten just a neck by Nameitwhatyoullike in the 20-runner Great St Wifrid Stakes at Ripon.

Intisaab features in Coral’s Ayr tips for Saturday.
The five-year-old backed that up with a fine 1/2 length second to New Bidder in a 17-runner affair at the Curragh and is able to race in this off an unchanged mark of 96.
Initsaab is clearly suited by big fields and is a strong travelling sort who packs a powerful finish when the cards fall right.
Another plus is that he is unbeaten in two starts over course and distance and with Danny Tudhope in the saddle everything suggests he is the one to beat.
At bigger prices, Flying Pursuit and Intense Style appeal as each-way value in a wide-open contest.
Partitia can land hat-trick in Firth Of Clyde
Partitia has a progressive profile and can take the step up into Group 3 company in her stride to land the 6f Firth Of Clyde Stakes (14.00).
After failing to live up to expectations when finishing a well-beaten 10th on debut at Newbury the Sir Michael Stoute trained filly showed that running to be all wrong when finding plenty when pressed close home to beat Considered Opinion by a neck in a 15-runner maiden at the same venue.
Partitia backed that up with an impressive 1 3/4 length success at Chester, travelling strongly throughout before staying on powerfully to win going away.
The manner of that successes suggested that the daughter of Bated Breath needed keeping firmly onside and with Pat Smullen in the saddle Partitia can take this en route to even better things.
Garcia has plenty going for him
Garcia disappointed last time out but can bounce back to land the 1m handicap (15.10).
Trained by Richard Fahey, the gelding has won three of his five starts and looked a handicapper going places when beating Arab Poet by 1 3/4 lengths on seasonal reappearance at Ripon.
That view was confirmed when Garcia showed a good attitude to dig deep and beat Chief Whip by a head in the valuable 13-runner Silver Bowl at Haydock.
Garcia was well fancied to complete the hat-trick in the Britannia Stakes at Royal Ascot but was never able to get competitive and trailed in a well beaten 16th of 28 to Defrocked.
Something was clearly amiss and the three-year-old has since been given a break to freshen-up.
That looks a shrewd move and Garcia now returns to action in a less competitive affair, has underfoot conditions to suit, and remains unexposed and open to further improvement.
