Coral’s rumour reel

The transfers are coming thick and fast this summer, ever since the summer window officially opened on July 1st, and there are plenty more deals to be done before the new 2016/17 Premier League campaign kicks-off.

Gunners targeting Sissoko signing

After Newcastle United’s relegation last season, many of the Toon’s top stars have been reportedly keen on departing the club in favour of a return to the top-flight with new employers, including Moussa Sissoko.

The France international midfielder was an important part of his country’s run to the Euro 2016 final on home soil this summer, as they were eventually toppled by Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal in front of their own support.

Sissoko’s performances clearly caught the eye of Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, with Magpies fans having been in disbelief at the midfielder’s impressive showings for Les Bleus too, a far cry from his outings last term when Newcastle went down.

Although, having put himself in the shop window, Sissoko could now be on the verge of a move to London, with Arsenal having reportedly opened talks over his signature, which could cost them around £35m to secure.

Swans seek Chadli capture

Over to Wales now and Swansea City have reportedly offered Tottenham in excess of £10m for attacker Nacer Chadli, with the midfielder appearing increasingly likely of departing White Hart Lane this summer.

The Swans are keen to bolster their attacking ranks for the new campaign and see Chadli, who started just ten of his 29 league outings last season for Spurs, as a suitable candidate to help their cause.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are supposedly close to completing a deal for Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, Marseille’s talented wideman, with him having recently undergone a medical in the capital, signalling that Chadli’s Tottenham time could be up.

The 26-year-old joined the Premier League club from Dutch outfit FC Twente for a fee of £7m three years ago, and has netted 25 goals in 119 appearances during his three seasons in north London.

Man City keen on Kroos?

On the blue half of Manchester, Pep Guardiola is preparing for life in the Premier League and has outlined Real Madrid anchorman Toni Kroos as a target this summer.

The Germany international pass-master was pivotal for his nation as they reached the semi-finals in France this summer, and only a huge bid would even tempt Los Blancos to part ways with their midfield ace.

Kroos is reportedly set to be the subject of a £50m offer from Manchester City, as they aim to boost their midfield options for Guardiola’s maiden campaign on English soil, with the pair having worked together previously at Bayern Munich.
