Christopher Biggins has been cut into 5-2 (from 4-1) by leading bookmaker Coral to win Celebrity Big Brother after the firm saw a flurry of bets for the comedy legend ahead of the launch of the show tomorrow evening. Ricky Norwood is second best in Coral’s betting at 4-1, while Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson can be backed at 9-2.

“Christopher Biggins is no stranger to reality TV success as he was crowned King of the Jungle in 2007. Punters are convinced he is the one to beat inside the Big Brother house as we’ve seen a huge gamble on the comedy legend before the show has even got going,” said Coral’s John Hill.
