Sponsor reports Eclipse support for Time Test

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Time Test this afternoon came in for strong support for Saturday’s Coral-Eclipse with the sponsor despite an unfavourable wet weather forecast. Roger Charlton’s horse was clipped in to 4/1 by Coral from 9/2, with My Dream Boat eased to 10/3 from 3/1.

“It now looks certain that the Eclipse will be run on at best an easy surface and perhaps even soft ground so it was somewhat surprising that the best backed horse in the race was Time Test who connections feel would prefer a fast surface”, said Simon Clare of Coral.

In other market moves, Spirit Quartz was cut to 6/1 from 10/1 for the Coral Charge after good support while Sharaakah was backed into 4/1 joint favouritism for the Coral Distaff from 5/1.

White Lake was also well backed in the Coral Challenge and is now 6/1 from 10/1 with the sponsor.
