As Coral are the official betting partners of the Investec Derby and the Festival at Epsom Down, we’re offering an enhanced odds offer to all new customers on the premier British Classic.

Outright ante post favourite Wings Of Desire is available as an awesome 8/1 price boost to place (finish in the first three) in Saturday’s feature race.

To get your slice of these enhanced odds, simply sign up for an online, mobile or Coral Connect account with us, staking €/£5.

If John Gosden’s chestnut colt Wings Of Desire is one of the first three past the post, then you’ll have the €/£40 winnings paid in free bets within four days of the Derby result being confirmed.

This outstanding introductory offer is available from 16:31 BST on Friday, June 3rd until the scheduled 16:30 race time the following day.

Coral are always running promotional price boosts just like this, so view our other and previous sign-up incentives or read on and be reminded why Wings Of Desire is more than capable of coming good again in the Derby…

Dante delight for Desire gives horse Wings

Newmarket-based trainer Gosden has a classy colt who won the Group 2 Dante Stakes at York – a race that has emerged as the key Derby trial in recent years. Wings Of Desire beat Deauville by a neck and has headed the betting on the second of the Epsom Classics ever since.

Hailing from the same stable as the impressive Golden Horn, who did the Dante and Derby double last season before going on to scoop both the Coral-Eclipse and Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, Wings Of Desire has won two of his three career starts.

Yet to finish outside the first three in any of those runs, Gosden’s cool colt had already tasted victory over the Derby distance of 1m 4f at Wolverhampton in April when romping to a four-and-a-half-length success. Wings of Desire can stay the distance, then, and all signs suggest he will place at Epsom.

Should Wings of Desire somehow fail to finish in the top three, then fear not. Coral will compensate all losing wagers with a €/£5 free bet that can be used across our digital platforms.
