Seven relegated stars the Premier League should poach back

Newcastle United, Norwich City and Aston Villa have all lost their Premier League status for next season after all three failed in their bids to escape relegation.
As the Championship awaits, these clubs will want to cling onto their star players in the hopes of propelling themselves immediately back into the top-flight.
Yet, high quality players also command high wages and, having missed out on the lucrative Premier League TV money deal for next term, these downed clubs may be required to offload their big earners to steady their respective ships.
Despite a fair few on their rosters that will be axed for under-performing, the Magpies, Canaries and Villans still have plenty worth raiding.
So, Coral have come up with five relegated players the Premier League should pinch from the bargain bin this summer…
Ayoze Perez (Newcastle United)
It’s unlikely Mike Ashley will allow the English duo to leave so soon, so other highly-rated talent may first be ushered to an exit.
Suitors such as Manchester United were previously said to be prowling for Perez, the silky strong-puller and Spanish striker seems to have been seen by compatriot Rafa Benitez as a luxury player, often substituted or failing to start.
There’s no doubting Perez has potential though despite his return of six strikes this season, with the technically gifted 22-year-old’s skillset likely to be of interest to aspirational clubs that favour attacking football, such as West Ham United, Stoke City, or even Southampton. Though perhaps a La Liga side such as Villarreal may even register interest in returning him home.
Georginio Wijnaldum (Newcastle United)
Wijnaldum has nine goals and four assists from the Premier League season, and was a real match-winner earlier in the term. The 25-year-old’s form may have dropped off at the crunch, but his attacking output and adaptability should see him snapped-up swiftly.
Saints also looks tempting to work under countryman Ronald Koeman, though he may also be an ideal acquisition for Everton depending on which coach takes over from Roberto Martinez, as a ruthless option from the flanks alongside Ross Barkley and Gerard Deulofeu in support of Romelu Lukaku. While, Leicester City could also be an outside shout to add to their fluid attack.
Daryl Janmaat (Newcastle United)
Another mid-table move to the likes of Stoke or Crystal Palace could work, with a giant like Manchester United unlikely to take a punt on the right back of they didn’t before he saw his Tyneside team (9/2 with Coral to win the Championship next season) sink to the drop zone, as part of a rearguard that leaked 64 strikes.
Jordan Ayew (Aston Villa)
A prominent player at the business end of the season, fighting while others hid, there is a a pacy and dangerous player here, with Bournemouth already linked to the versatile forward. The south coasters or a promoted team such as Middlesbrough would be a great fit, though the latter already boast plenty of firepower.
Carles Gil (Aston Villa)
All that creativity should not benched, and it is a mystery as to why he was not involved more at Villa, with a La Liga return perhaps beckoning at lower levels.
Though, if Gil wants to prove himself in the Premier League he could do worse than Swansea City, where he could thrive at a club which has favoured flair in recent times.
While, there looks set to also be a reshuffle at Watford, with the Hornets perhaps lacking strength in depth most in the middle of the park.
Timm Klose(Norwich City)
Hailed at Carrow Road, not only for authoritative and astute defensive performances, but also key goals, centre half Klose’s recent injury is widely seen as a contributing factor to the Canaries’ relegation, as they went on a losing run without the Swiss.
Norwich would be wise to cling to their star centre half at all costs, yet Klose could do a solid job for another newly promoted team, adding steel to Boro’s silk for example, or would reinforce escape artists Sunderland’s rearguard for another tilt at safety next term.
Nathan Redmond (Norwich City)
Though it is Stoke and West Ham who are said to be battling to get to the front of the queue for winger Redmond, who certainly has magic in his feet. At age 22 the time is right to stay in the top-tier and work on improving his scoring and assisting tallies, with his Championship internship already complete, returning would be a step backwards.
