Foxes to celebrate title with Toffees triumph, Man Utd can overcome Canaries

The Premier League title race may now be over, with Leicester City spectacularly crowned English top-flight champions, but the story does not end there, as a sublime Saturday of silver screen scuffles is set up for viewers.
In the two televised tussles, Manchester United are inked in for an early kick-off against Norwich City, with the Red Devils angling for a top four spot and the Canaries aiming to escape relegation. While, later in the afternoon, the fantastic Foxes host Everton with the intention of celebrating their title with a sweet victory over the Toffees.
So, keep reading to see our thoughts on the fixtures and which bets are worth a wager…

Norwich need to nick a Red Devils result
Alex Neil’s Norwich side host Manchester United with the unique opportunity to do the double over the Red Devils, which would be the first time the East Anglia outfit have done so since 1990.
The Canaries are 16/5 to inflict another defeat on Louis van Gaal’s guys, and 12/1 to again pinch the points with a 2-1 result after spoiling Christmas celebrations with a surprise win at Old Trafford.
Since the relegation risk Canaries are two places from Premier League safety, they must make this game in hand on in-form Newcastle United count. Having lost their last three top-flight frays, conceding six without reply, however, holding this sometimes toothless United team to a draw at 5/2 seems more likely.
Speaking of their chances of a great escape, Canaries captain Russell Martin said: “I think missing chances is probably a factor in where we are. We’ve been on top in a lot of games and been dominant, or winning a game and not quite put it to bed with chances.
“We haven’t done it and when you don’t, you’re trying to keep a clean sheet for as long as possible.
“Newcastle have got two games left. For Sunderland, it’s a big ask for them to win all three of their games left. So we win on Saturday before they have both played and we got back above them both.
“It’s as simple as that. And that’s what we have to go and do. Win against Manchester United and we go back above our rivals,” said the skipper.
Norwich are 7/2 to keep a clean sheet at Carrow Road, where they have boasted better results than on the road recently, while Dieumerci Mbokani (2/1 to notch anytime), Cameron Jerome (2/1) and Nathan Redmond (7/2) are among those to be tasked with converting those attacking chances into goals.
Red Devils can overcome road worries
The Man Utd winning machine has finally kicked in at the business end of the campaign, meaning unluckily for Norwich the Northwest giants still have a chance of stealing a top four spot from cross-town competitors Manchester City, having suffered only one loss in their last 10 across all competitions.
Van Gaal’s men are also finally clicking in attack, so are better value at 3/1 to win and both teams score than odds-on at 20/23 to triumph. The Mancunians have lost three of their last five aways but should have enough firepower to take down the Canaries, having scalped Norwich in three of their last four meetings.
Man of the moment Anthony Martial’s goals have been making the difference recently and, as the France forward bagged in the reverse, the frontman is 9/2 to be named Man of the Match, or 11/2 to open the scoring. While fellow young-gun Marcus Rashford is 6/4 in the anytime market and skipper Wayne Rooney a 15/8 shout.

Foxes fans can expect fireworks
Leicester City take to the pitch for the first time since their Premier League title coup was confirmed, and Claudio Ranieri and co are odds-on 5/6 favourites to celebrate in front of the passionate King Power support with a win.
The Foxes are flying high so, instead of complacency it could be smart for customers to back goals – especially considering the opposition. At 23/10 you can plump for Leicester to put the cherry on the cake of their trophy triumph by winning and both teams scoring, after the Midlands men ran out 3-2 victors in the reverse at Goodison Park.
A punt at 7/2 for over 4.5 strikes in the fixture again also looks good value, with both clubs capable of high scoring, but the Toffees somewhat of a catastrophe at the back.
Roberto Martinez is understandably under pressure, as Everton recently went seven without a win in all competitions, while only narrowly turning that poor run around last time against Bournemouth. So, the Toffees certainly look short at 3/1 to triumph against the English top-tier champions.
Vardy still in with top scorer shout
Foxes forward Jamie Vardy should return after serving his suspension – and could still be in with a chance of crowning his silverware success with the individual honour of the Golden Boot.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane currently leads the Premier League top scorer chart with 25 strikes, three ahead of Vardy and two in front on Sergio Aguero. Though Leicester’s lethal frontman could cut the gap against Everton, with odds of 5/1 for Vardy to bag a brace or better.
While, no doubt all the Foxes dangermen will want to get in on the action, with Riyad Mahrez (5/1 to strike first) and Shinji Okazaki (7/4 anytime) scorers in the reverse on Merseyside. As for Everton, Romelu Lukaku is 2/1 to end his drought anytime, and Kevin Mirallas also looks value in the same market at 11/4.
