Rafa Benitez is odds-on at 4-7 with bookmaker Coral to stay with Newcastle for the opening game of the 2016/17 Championship season following support in the betting for the Spaniard remaining at St James’ Park. Despite being as short as 1-4 in the betting to leave the Magpies just a few days ago, Benitez is now 5-4 to exit before the next campaign.

Elsewhere, David De Gea is evens with Coral not to be at Manchester United for the club’s Premier League opener next season following speculation about the goalkeeper’s future, although he is still odds-on at 4-5 to stay at Old Trafford.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been cut into evens (from 9-2) by Coral to sign for Manchester United as his next club following a flurry of bets over the last 24 hours. The Swede is 7-4 to join LA Galaxy next and 8-1 to play in the Chinese league next season.
