Matchweek 32 produced three 4-0 scorelines in favour of Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal, while Leicester City also increased their lead at the top of the Premier League table.

Read below for our team of the week…

Formation: 4-4-2

Goalkeeper: Ben Foster (West Bromwich Albion)

Britain Soccer Premier League

Sunderland gave it their all to gain crucial points towards their bid for survival, but could only come away from their clash with the Baggies with one, largely thanks to Foster’s performance in net.

Right back: Hector Bellerin (Arsenal)

What a revelation young Spanish full back Bellerin has become, as he not only helped the Gunners keep a clean sheet against Watford but also got a goal.

Centre back: Wes Morgan (Leicester City)

Leicester City v Southampton - Barclays Premier League - King Power Stadium

Foxes captain Morgan lead from the front after heading home the only goal of the game against Southampton – to put his team seven points ahead of Tottenham now with just six matches to go.

Centre back: Daley Blind (Manchester United)

Dutchman Blind was instrumental for the Red Devils holding onto a clean sheet and 1-0 win over Everton, and blocked a goal-bound effort along the way.

Left back: Cesar Azpilicueta (Chelsea)

Another Spanish full back makes our team, as Chelsea’s Azpilicueta helped keep a clean sheet, while also helpfully set up a goal.

Right wing: Pedro Rodriguez (Chelsea)

Aston Villa v Chelsea - Barclays Premier League - Villa Park

But the star for the Blues was Azpilicueta’s teammate and compatriot Pedro, who bagged a brilliant brace against Aston Villa to edge Chelsea firmly into the top 10 now.

Centre midfield: Jonny Howson (Norwich City)

Norwich gained an almighty crucial win over fellow relegation battlers Newcastle United, and Howson was key to much of their play by providing two assists.

Centre midfield: Fernando (Manchester City)

Brazilian Fernando had a fantastic all-round game against Bournemouth, scoring the second goal for City to keep them in the top four.

Left wing: Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal)

Arsenal v Watford - Barclays Premier League - Emirates Stadium

Sanchez opened the scoring early on to ease the pressure off still-title chasing Arsenal, while he also set up a goal.

Striker: Aleksandar Mitrovic (Newcastle United)

If only all of the Magpies’ squad had the same passion and determination as Serb Mitrovic, who got two goals – both equalisers – before Norwich’s late winner.

Striker: Anthony Martial (Manchester United)

Martial’s strike earned United a crucial three points to keep in touch with rivals City in fourth, being just one point behind.
