Nigel Pearson now odds-on to get Aston Villa job

| 14.04.2016
SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Nigel Pearson has been cut into 4-7 (from 11-10) by bookmaker Coral to be the next permanent Aston Villa manager following a sustained gamble on the former Leicester boss over the last 24 hours.

Elsewhere in Coral’s managerial markets, the firm has seen some support for Jose Mourinho’s next club being PSG after their exit in the Champions League in which Coral is offering 5-1, with Manchester United being the 8-11 favourites to secure his services.

After his impressive performance against Barcelona last night, Frenchman Antoine Griezmann is 2-1 with Coral to join Chelsea as his next club, 4-1 to move to Manchester City and 4-1 to be signed by French champions PSG.

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has been linked with a move away from Chelsea in the summer. The Belgium international is odds-on at 4-7 to move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

In the betting to make the England squad for Euro 2016, Marcus Rashford has been trimmed into 10-1 (from 12-1) to secure a spot on the plane to France after his goal against West Ham last night.
