**Bookies cut the odds on Harry Kane and Dele Alli starting v Russia

England’s impressive comeback against Germany at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium last night has sparked a huge patriotic gamble on Roy Hodgson’s men ahead of the Euro’s this summer. The firm has cut the Three Lions into 10- from 12-1 to win the tournament following the rush of bets,
