Coral’s bet of the day

  • Muller bagged three international braces in 2015
  • The Germany marksman famously dispatched a double past England before
  • With a taste for a brace, Muller already has eight at club level this campaign

Muller a magnificent 7/1 to score two or more

Coral present customers with a carefully selected international break bet of the day from England’s headline battle with bitter rivals Germany in Berlin on Saturday night.

Defence tormentor Thomas Muller is the man in the frame, with generous odds of 7/1 for the sharpshooter with sensational instincts to fire two or more past the Three Lions, as Germany’s main goal machine.

Read on to see why we think mischievous Muller is a marvellous price to poach at least a couple of strikes and go on a rampant Rivers scoring Spree in the continental capital…

Muller a danger on the double

Some in the England camp may still have nightmares about the last time Bayern Munich net threat Muller helped himself to a double serving against them, as Die Mannschaft’s 4-1 demolition job in the 2010 World Cup last 16 still lingers in the memory.

It was Muller who finished off the Three Lions and the lethal Allianz Arena attacker will be seeking a repeat performance, as England arrive in Germany without captain Wayne Rooney, first choice stopper Joe Hart and star wingman Raheem Sterling.

Muller seems to make a habit of poaching in pairs, particularly against Home Nations, as the Bayern star recently blasted two braces past Scotland during Euro 2016 qualification.

Those deadly dispatches were two of three for Germany across 2015, with the third arriving against Gibraltar, and 2016 seems set to see Muller clock up more as he seeks to be top scorer in France after terrorising teams at the 2014 World Cup.

Equally adept in club colours as well as country, Muller seems to strike in purple patches, with doubles a frequent occurrence. In fact, so far this season the 26-year-old has notched eight in all competitions for Bundesliga leaders Bayern, meaning if he strikes once there is the likelihood of another backline breach soon after.

So, with all that in mind, Muller looks a devilishly good deal at 7/1 to bag a brace or better in Berlin to add to his 15 goals from his previous 21 international games for giants Germany.
