Coral’s bet of the day

  • Lionel Messi has struck 27 times this season on all fronts
  • The Argentine has seven goals in his last six games
  • Messi has netted two or more in one game on seven occasions this term

Messi 9/2 to bag brace or more

The Champions League last 16 ties continue tonight and it’s from Barcelona’s trip to the Emirates that Coral’s bet of the day lies, with Lionel Messi a promising 9/2 to score two or more goals at the Emirates anytime (£20 max stake).

Spain Soccer La Liga

Luis Enrique’s reigning treble champions will go in search of becoming the first side in the Champions League era to successfully retain their European crown and, with Messi in their ranks, it’s very much possible.

Their star Argentine will be aiming to find further scoring success against Arsenal first though, having netted an impressive six times in four previous outings over the Gunners in his esteemed career to date.

Menace Messi a thorn in Arsenal’s side

Argentina international skipper Messi has been in typically sublime form this season, and over the past campaign-and-a-half has enjoyed being part of arguably the greatest front three in football history.

Alongside fellow South American attackers Neymar and former Liverpool hitman Luis Suarez, Messi has helped the terrific trio almost reach 100 goals between them for the term, an incredible feat after racking up 122 altogether last season.

Spain Soccer La Liga

Messi himself has managed an amazing 27 for himself so far this current campaign, with this including an incredible seven goals in his last six outings in all competitions for the Catalan giants.

On his latest arrival to London to face Arsene Wenger’s Gunners once again, Messi comes into the clash having dispatched two or more goals in one game on seven different occasions this term. The mercurial forward also more goals against Arsenal than any other English side, which should be extended tonight.

This makes his 9/2 odds of doing so again at the Emirates truly unmissable, so make sure not to miss out on Coral’s bet of the day!
