Rabiot ready for Arsenal move

With the January transfer window now in full swing once again, Premier League clubs will look to bolster their squads as swiftly as possible ahead of the second-half of this current campaign.

Bournemouth began the winter window with a stunning capture of Juan Iturbe on loan from Serie A side Roma, but Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal are aiming to land a new midfielder in the coming days too.

The Gunners are trying to lure PSG starlet Adrien Rabiot to London from the French capital club during this transfer window, having not signed an outfield player during a lack of summer business.

It’s believed the Parisians will seek at least £15m from the current Premier League leaders for their promising midfield anchorman, as he continues to struggle to cement a regular starting position in his present surroundings.

Isco involved in increased City interest

Manchester City are seen as the Gunners’ biggest challengers for the English top-flight title, and Manuel Pellegrini’s Sky Blues are also attempting to secure a new midfield maestro in this transfer window.

Real Madrid and Spain international playmaker Isco has failed to hold down a constant starting place under new boss Rafa Benitez this season, and the mercurial assist-machine could be tempted into a switch to the blue half of Manchester.

The Madrid misfit is reportedly up for grabs for a respectable £25m, as Real look to begin a clear-out at the Bernabeu, with Isco potentially joining compatriots Jesus Navas and David Silva at the Etihad.

Hammers hold Byram hope

Leeds United possess plenty of talented youngsters which have gathered a big interest from many top tier outfits, and Sam Byram is probably the most sought after starlet within the Yorkshire club’s ranks.

The 22-year-old right back’s current contract with the Whites expires in the upcoming summer, and West Ham United are hoping to land the defender now in January for a cut-price.

Byram has been previously linked with the likes of Liverpool and Leeds’ bitter rivals Manchester United, but it seems Slaven Bilic is upping the intensity in the chase for one of England hottest young prospects.
