Bournemouth v Norwich City – Home win
Eddie Howe’s Cherries will know they must pick points off relegation rivals Norwich at home, and should benefit from giving new signings Benik Afobe and Juan Iturbe another run out.
Chelsea v Everton – Draw
The Blues are unbeaten since Jose Mourinho departed, but the back in-form Toffees more often than not cause trouble for Chelsea and can force a splitting of spoils here.
Manchester City v Crystal Palace – Home win
Palace are currently stuck in an inconsistent patch and will be up against it at the Etihad, where Man City have been beaten just twice in the league all term.
Newcastle United v West Ham United – Away win
This game could be a real source of goals now West Ham have the wind in their sails again with the return of Dimitri Payet, and their recent record will make scary viewing for hosts the Magpies.
Southampton v West Bromwich Albion – Draw
Two of the last three frays between these teams have ended evenly and, with both blowing hot and cold recently a point apiece looks likely.
Blackburn Rovers v Brighton and Hove Albion – Draw
Rovers may be at the opposite end of the table to previously high-flying Brighton, but neither side have impressed of late. A draw would be a decent result for both, with the Championship teams similarly without wins since December.
Bristol City v Middlesbrough – Away win
Could this finally be Boro’s time? The Riversiders have soared to the Championship summit and should have few problems dispatching the relegation-threatened Robins.
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Cardiff City – Home win
Wolves, buoyed by a midweek win in which they thumped three past Fulham, can leapfrog Cardiff in the league with victory here.
Aston Villa v Leicester City – Away win
The Foxes need to pick up form if they are to continue challenging for the title, and will be hungry for victory at Villa Park, where a wobbly Villans rearguard could find it tough to handle Leicester’s raw pace.
Real Sociedad v Deportivo de La Coruna – Home win
Deportivo are in a slump, which Basques Sociedad can exploit as they enter this La Liga clash on the back of a morale-boosting win against Valencia.
Liverpool v Manchester United – Away win
Form goes out of the window in this Northwest derby, which could prove a baptism of fire for Jurgen Klopp, as Man Utd have beaten injury-prone Liverpool in their past three meetings and will aim for a smash and grab again.
Oxford United v Bristol Rovers – Home win
Oxford are well-placed to win this League Two wrangle, after sinking Swansea City in the FA Cup, and have lost just once at home this term.
Stoke City v Arsenal – Away win
Arsenal have easily beaten Stoke in their past two meetings and the Gunners will fancy their chances at the Britannia Stadium, especially if Alexis Sanchez returns from injury as tipped to.
AC Milan v Fiorentina – Draw
This Italian encounter features two teams that have had mixed results of late, but the Rossoneri look tempting to steal a point from this scuffle on home soil, having done so in this fixture last season.
Swansea City v Watford – Away win
Hosts the Swans have been on a downward spiral, while visiting Watford are currently flavour of the month and will expect to take three points in Wales, with the Hornets hitmen firing on all cylinders.
