Coral’s team of the week features a number of surprises, with Leicester City top of the Premier League at Christmas and 10/1 with Coral to win the title this term, despite what will be a tough second half of the season in the Premier League.

Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris (Tottenham)

The Tottenham custodian did well to keep a clean sheet away from home as a strong Southampton side bombarded the Spurs goal.

Soccer - Barclays Premier League - Tottenham Hotspur v Stoke City - White Hart Lane

Right back: Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea)

Taking the lead for Chelsea, the Serbian seemed back to his best as he ensured the Blues went on to win against the Black Cats.

Centre back: Fabricio Coloccini (Newcastle United)

A proper, old-fashioned finish for the Argentine put the Magpies ahead against Aston Villa, with the defender putting in an industrious performance throughout.

Centre back: Craig Cathcart (Watford)

Commanded the Hornets to an inspirational 3-0 win over Liverpool, keeping the defence in check and ensuring his team didn’t concede.

Left back: Charlie Daniels (Bournemouth)

Scoring the winner, Daniels ensured that Bournemouth came away from The Hawthorns with three points after converting a last minute penalty.

Centre midfield: Dele Alli (Tottenham)

Arguably Spurs’ player of the season so far, the midfielder netted in his side’s 2-0 win over Southampton and put in great all-round performance.

Soccer - UEFA Europa League - Group J - Tottenham Hotspur v Qarabag - White Hart Lane

Centre midfield: Alexander Tettey (Norwich City)

Instrumental in the Canaries’ terrific 2-0 win over Manchester United, the Norwegian midfielder almost ran the show at Old Trafford and scored a goal.

Right wing: Riyad Mahrez (Leicester City)

Leicester’s Algerian attacker bagged a brace for the Foxes as the East Midlands side ran out 3-2 winners over Everton at Goodison Park.

Soccer - Barclays Premier League - Leicester City v Tottenham Hotspur - King Power Stadium

Left wing: Pedro Rodriguez (Chelsea)

Doubled Chelsea’s lead at Stamford Bridge as the Blues beat Sunderland 3-0 in what was a positive showing.

Striker:Harry Kane (Tottenham)

Scored on his 100th appearance for Tottenham as the north London side ran out 2-0 winners over Southampton.

Striker: Odion Ighalo (Watford)

Was outstanding as Watford beat Liverpool 3-0 with the Nigerian striker bagging a brace.
