New York Jets (-2.5) @ New York Giants

The close battle for top spot in the NFC East continues this weekend, when the New York Giants battle the New York Jets as 2-point underdogs in NFL betting with Coral.

Giants Redskins Football

New York Giants are officially the road team in Sunday’s clash between the co-tenants of Met Life Stadium, where they are 3-1 SU in their past four home contests. But the G-Men have had a hard time producing wins in recent weeks, coming up short in their past two, and four of their past six, to drop to 5-6 SU on the season, and out of first place in NFC East.

Top spot in the division is now held by the Washington Redskins, who topped the Giants 20-14 last week, pulling even with New York at 5-6, but holding the edge on tiebreakers on the strength of that victory.

The 6-5 Jets are coming off a 38-20 beat down of Miami last week, moving into a four-way tie for the AFC’s two Wild Cards, but still trailing Kansas City and Houston on tiebreakers.

Like the Giants, the Jets have also struggled, winning just two of six since opening the season on a 4-1 run, and are winless in their last five against the neighbouring Giants, both SU and ATS.

Dallas Cowboys @ Washington Redskins (-4.0)

The Redskins will try to stay ahead of New York with their sixth home victory this season, when they host the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night as 4-point favourites in American football betting at Coral.

Washington has dominated during their current five-game home victory streak, picking up outright wins as betting underdogs on four occasions, but with no road triumphs this season have failed to record back-to-back wins in over a year.

Dallas will be without pivot Tony Romo for the remainder of the season after he reinjured his collarbone last weekend.

The 3-8 Cowboys are winless without Romo this season, and with the loss of their star passer have seen their shaky Super Bowl odds plummet to a distant 200/1.

Philadelphia Eagles @ New England Patriots (-8.0)

Philadelphia Eagles face a tough challenge in their efforts to stay in the NFC East hunt when they visit the New England Patriots as generous 8-point underdogs.

Patriots Football

With just one win in their last five, the Eagles take a 4-7 record into Sunday’s matchup at Gillette Stadium.

Philadelphia has been blown out in their last two outings, getting outscored by a combined 90-31, and must play “wait and see” with injured quarterback Sam Bradford, whose status remains uncertain for this weekend’s contest.

New England are coming off their first loss of the year, going down 30-24 to Denver after blowing a 14-point fourth quarter lead.

The 10-1 Pats are expected to be without tight end Rob Gronkowski and receiver Julian Edelman, both sidelined with injury, but receiver Danny Amendola is expected to be back in the lineup.

In other NFL Week 13 betting action at Coral, the Texans visit the Buffalo Bills as 3-point underdogs, and the Oakland Raiders host the Chiefs as 3-point underdogs. While the Dolphins take on the Baltimore Ravens as 3.5-point favourites, and the Carolina Panthers look to improve to a perfect 11-0 when they visit the New Orleans Saints as 6.5-point favourites.
