Mighty Mike 5-4 to win PDC World Darts Championship

Michael van Gerwen is the 5-4 favourite with leading bookmaker Coral to win the 2016 PDC World Darts Championship ahead of day one of the tournament which begins tomorrow. Mighty Mike tops the betting ahead of 16-time world champion Phil Taylor who is 4-1 and defending champion Gary Anderson is 13-2.
Coral is offering 4-7 that there will be a nine-dart finish at the tournament this year, while it is 11-4 for there to be two of more nine-darters.
“Mighty Mike has had a superb year and punters are sticking with the Dutchman to win his second crown at the Ally Pally,” said Coral’s John Hill.
