Coral’s bet of the day
- Everton have racked up 10 goals in the past two games at Goodison Park
- There have been 14 strikes in the last three frays between these two teams when on Merseyside
- Crystal Palace poached five in their previous Premier League game
Over 3.5 goals to occur in Everton v Crystal Palace a nifty 15/8
Monday Night Football delivers another marvellous match-up as the Toffees host Palace at Goodison Park. So, Coral’s brilliant bet of the day duly brings customers odds of 15/8 for over 3.5 goals to be scored in the game and yet another Premier League thriller to play out between these two teams.
Between them, both clubs have clocked up a combined 15 strikes across their last three league matches, with recent rampant results including the Eagles’ 5-1 demolition of Newcastle United and Everton’s 4-0 drubbing of Aston Villa.

So, with neither side lacking attacking sparkle and intent, and a history of high hauls when they meet on Merseyside, this looks a profitable punt to take.
Palace potent on trips to the North
Aside from their previous mauling of the Magpies, which illustrated the Eagles’ present poaching prowess, past encounters against Everton also bode well for Palace to bag goals galore.

The visitors have fired in three on both of their last two Premier League trips to Goodison Park, with 10 goals occurring overall from those clashes. In-form wing magician Yannick Bolasie was on target in this same fixture last term, and will surely relish facing the Toffees rearguard having bagged a brilliant brace last time out and grabbed three in as many of his past matches.
Everton on the attack
Roberto Martinez has his men firing on all cylinders again, with 10 goals notched in the Toffees’ last two home games making Merseyside a menacing place to visit.

The Northwest giants have also recorded a whopping 16 strikes from their previous five fixtures across all competitions, with 11 of those coming from deadly trio Ross Barkley, Gerard Deulofeu and Romelu Lukaku. So, it’s tough to see the Toffees failing to score on home turf, especially with fearsome frontman Lukaku leading the line, as the striker has struck twice in his last two tussles against Palace.
