New punters get £35 in free bets with £10 bet on Watford-Man Utd

Rampant Rooney great value to score

After his exploits with England, which saw him score the Three Lions second goal against France, the skipper is decent value at 6/4 to net anytime. Rooney has also scored three goals against Watford before, with all of them coming in the 2006/07 season, as United won both Premier League games and an FA Cup clash.

With the likes of Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata providing ample support and against a susceptible Hornets rearguard, Rooney has an opportunity to run riot. However, the striker is also 11/2 to break the deadlock with the 30-year-old having netted the first and only goal against CSKA Moscow.

Pick Pelle

Southampton centre forward Graziano Pelle struck twice against Stoke City last season and has two in his last three matches. Both these goals against the Potters came in one game, so his odds of 4/1 to score two or more, might prove to be a wise investment.

With plenty of support from Sadio Mane and Dusan Tadic, he should be spoilt for service and if Jay Rodriguez also starts, the diminutive forward can create extra space for the Italian to operate in.
