Good head-to-head points to Arsenal win over Norwich

Gunners go fourth straight Canaries win
Arsenal have won their last three matches against Norwich and are odds-on at 8/13 with Coral to continue that trend next time out and come away with three points.
In May 2014, when the Canaries were last in the Premier League, the Gunners ran out comfortable 2-0 winners at Carrow Road, with Aaron Ramsey and Carl Jenkinson (now loaned to West Ham) on target. The former made an appearance in midweek as Arsenal recorded a 3-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb and looked lively, so is a nifty 9/4 anytime price to score, having also dispatched in the reverse, almost two years ago.
Mesut Ozil takes a good record into this match, having bagged brace in Arsenal’s home match during the aforementioned season, while the German, who has arguably been the Gunners’ standout player this term, also struck in midweek. Therefore, Ozil’s tantalising 2/1 anytime price, simply cannot be ignored.
Super Sanchez back in form
Chilean attacker, Alexis Sanchez seemed back to his best against Dinamo Zagreb, bagging a brilliant brace to help Arsenal to a thrilling 3-1 win. Having never faced Norwich before, it is an interesting prospect for him and odds of 8/1 to score two or more look good value, especially if he carries his form last time over to this match.
In the aftermath of his side’s Champions League win, Arsene Wenger drew some interesting comparisons with his star striker: “When he does something, he does it 100 per cent,” Wenger said. “He finishes and you think: ‘He’s dead now.’ But then he recovers and gives 100 per cent again. You always see signs of exhaustion but it’s not [that] because two days later, he’s fine.
Wenger, who will have identified this match as an opportunity to solidify a top four Premier League place over rivals Tottenham and West Ham, continued:“His style is very explosive, it’s a very committed style. Jamie Vardy [at Leicester City] is a bit similar. When they go, they go. They are like the lion. He has to catch the animal in the first 200 metres. If he doesn’t get there, he’s dead [on his feet] afterwards. They are these kind of killers. When they go, it is to kill and after, they have to stop.”
Canaries can take heart from Gunners’ Baggies bashing
While Norwich have just one Premier League win in seven matches, the East Anglia outfit will look to utilise the same intensity that West Bromwich Albion applied to the Gunners in their last Premier League outing, which was also away from home as Arsenal recorded a 2-1 loss.
With a capacity crowd behind them, Norwich can be encouraged by chinks in the Gunners’ armour and will be confident that if they get in the right positions, the Gunners’ rearguard is susceptible to creaking.
The last player to score for Norwich was Jonny Howson in the win over Swansea in their last home match, while the midfielder also dispatched in the 4-1 defeat to Arsenal at the Emirates in the 2013/14 campaign. At 5/1 to net anytime, Howson is good value, while club top scorer this season, Nathan Redmond is 7/2 in the same market and will look to cause problems with his pace.
