There are some big clubs in the Championship nowadays, and unbeaten Brighton and Hove Albion are joined by former Premier League sides Middlesbrough and QPR in Coral’s 13/2 treble this Saturday.

Brighton v Birmingham

Burnley v Brighton and Hove Albion - Sky Bet Championship - Turf Moor

Chris Hughton’s Seagulls have been incredible this term, being the only outfit in England yet to lose a game this season. Unsurprisingly, their home form has been superb, with six wins down on the south coast already registered in the 2015/16 campaign.

They face-off with a Birmingham side surrounded by uncertainty. Blues manager Gary Rowett has been heavily linked with a switch to Fulham this week and that can’t have been good for the mood within the camp.

The Midlands club have won just one of their previous five games, losing three of those, including last time out to lowly Charlton Athletic.

Huddersfield v Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough v Queens Park Rangers - Sky Bet Championship - Riverside Stadium

Middlesbrough have long been lauded as one of the second tier’s most attractive sides, thanks to Aitor Karanka’s pleasing style of football.

The Northeast team sit in third, just two points from the summit, and are in a rich vein of form having taken all the spoils in three of their last four.

Boro are firing at both ends. They have third best defence in the division, conceding just 12 goals in their 17 games, while at the other end they are the second-top scorers, with two strikes to their name.

They travel to Huddersfield Town here, a team who have one win in nine and have lost four of their preceding five clashes going into this one; it doesn’t bode well for the Yorkshiremen.

The Terriers are fourth-from-bottom and have just a single success over their opponents here in the last 12 meetings.

QPR v Leeds

Soccer - Sky Bet Championship - Queens Park Rangers v Preston North End - Loftus Road

QPR are getting to grips with life under Neil Warnock again and their home form of late has been superb.

The west Londoners are undefeated in five contests at Loftus Road. That solidity has come from the back, with three successive clean sheets in front of their own supporters.

They face crisis club Leeds United, who have a mere two wins in their last nine league games.

Their showings on the road of late will do little to worry the capital club either. It’s one success in four for Steve Evans’ men, who have won just once on eight visits to London.
