There’s plenty of Premier League transfer gossip to chew over with your cup of tea this Sunday morning, so delve in to Coral’s latest edition of the rumour reel, as December draws ever closer. Chelsea and Manchester United are both interested in bagging some Brazilian talent, but who else has their eye on refreshing their rosters this January?

Gray up for grabs?

Everton and Aston Villa are the two clubs tipped to be tracking Burnley striker Andre Gray, as nine goals in 13 games for the Championship Clarets has grabbed the attention of top-tier teams.

The Toffees already boast an abundance of in-form attackers, while it is the relegation-threatened Villans that could do with a goal hero this Christmas. In any auction, Everton, 5/2 with Coral for a top six finish, would be obvious favourites, though perhaps Wolverhampton-born Gray will be tempted by a return to the Midlands?

City set to snatch Guardiola from German giants Bayern

There’s no smoke without fire, and this is one piece of gossip that will simply not go away. Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola is believed to have finally agreed to sign on the dotted line and join Manchester City in summer, with the Catalan coach’s Allianz Arena contract quickly running out.

True, this tactician transfer is always one to be taken with a pinch of salt, but latest reports suggest the Bundesliga champions will not let their man go without a fight. Keep an eye on this one over winter.

Elsewhere at the Etihad, evergreen Argentina defender Martin Demichelis, now 34, could exit before Guardiola has even had chance to take in the Mancunian scenery, with the centre half apparently ready to return to his homeland with Rosario Central.

Red Devils to raid PSG

Meanwhile, on the red side of Manchester, Man Utd may have been linked to every winger and his dog already, with Arjen Robben and Cristiano Ronaldo among the many big names thrown into the ring.

Yet, the Old Trafford outfit just seem to want Moura, Moura, Moura. Brazilian starlet Lucas Moura, originally thought to have been destined for the Red Devils back in 2013, before being lured by the bright lights of PSG, is supposedly back on the Mancunians’ wishlist.

It looks like Louis van Gaal will overlook that perceived snub, and that United will return to resurrect a deal for the right winger, who has yet to justify his pricetag with the Parisians.

In further Old Trafford tittle-tattle, super agent Mino Raiola has been stirring the transfer pot again, having reportedly claimed that client and 16-year-old AC Milan goalie Gianluigi Donnarumma is rated at a whopping £119m. While Man Utd and Chelsea are supposed to have been tracking the teenage stopper, the price could now obviously put off any potential suitors.

Chelsea closing in on Shakhtar Donetsk dangerman

Speaking of Chelsea, priced are 7/2 for a top four finish, the Premier League champions are on the verge of a swift deal for Shakhtar star Alex Teixeira, with £30m the mooted loose change it could take to land the Brazilian.

Teixeira himself told press that negotiations were underway, though the Blues may have to battle with Italian giants Juventus, who are themselves struggling to defend a domestic title.

“From what I have seen and what my manager said, Chelsea, Juventus and PSG have made proposals. But Chelsea and Juventus are deeper in negotiations. They are all big clubs. Wherever I go, I’ll be happy,” said the Samba star. Watch this space.
