Black Cats 4-11 to be relegated after Goodison defeat

Sunderland have been cut into 4-11 (from 4-6) by bookmaker Coral to be relegated this season following their drubbing at Goodison Park earlier this afternoon. Bournemouth, who also fell to defeat today, are evens to fall out of the league, while Aston Villa are as short as 2-5.

Elsewhere, Christophe Galtier has hit the front of the betting at 10-11 to be the next permanent Aston Villa manager, while Jose Mourinho is 1-3 to be the next Premier League manager to go.
