There is likely to be no sign of a European hangover from Tottenham as they visit Swansea, with three of Spurs’ last four meetings against the south Wales outfit coming after Europa League matches, with the north London outfit claiming victories.

In fact, Tottenham are somewhat of a bogey team for the Swans who have only taken one point from the Londoners in eight meetings. Indeed, this was their first clash in the 2011/12 season. To win, the visitors are 31/20 with Coral.

Last term in this fixture, Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen found the net with the duo 6/4 and 11/4 to strike anytime respectively.

Spurs’ last Premier League match resulted in them upsetting Manchester City with a superb 4-1 victory at White Hart Lane, as Kane, Eric Dier, Toby Alderweireld, Eric Lamela got on the scoresheet.

The latter trio are are 7/1, 9/1 and 7/2 to net again anytime, with Lamela in good form recently. The Argentine could be Mauricio Pochettino’s success story this season, with the 23-year-old starting to live up to his £30m price tag.

He also opened the scoring against Monaco last time out in the Europa League and appears to be clicking in Spurs’ attacking quadrant. Pochettino streamlined his squad in the summer and the options now available to him all suit the club’s philosophy.

With Eriksen, Lamela, Nacer Chadli, Son Heung-Min and Clinton Njie all capable of playing anywhere behind the striker, while the latter two can occupy the main striker position. Son has hit the ground running since his move from Germany, and is 2/1 in the anytime market.

After a great start to the campaign in which they went four matches unbeaten, Swansea have taken just one point from their last three games.

While it isn’t disastrous, manager Garry Monk will hope that his players can show some improvement before going on international duty.

Both Bafetimbi Gomis and new recruit Andre Ayew have impressed in the goalscoring department so far and are 6/1 and 7/1 respectively to break the deadlock.
