Foundation now odds-on for Racing Post Trophy triumph

| 20.10.2015

Foundation is 10-11 (from 6-4) favourite with Coral for Saturday’s Racing Post Trophy, following sustained support for the unbeaten colt today.  By contrast, his rivals are friendless in the market, with Deauville the 7-2 (from 11-4) second favourite, ahead of stablemate Johannes Vermeer, 7-1 (from 6-1).

“As an unbeaten Group Two winner, Foundation was a worthy favourite for the season’s final Group One, and punters clearly agreed, with more than 95% of the bets of taken so far being for just one horse.  If the market is an accurate guide, Foundation will be giving John Gosden and Frankie Dettori yet more big race glory this weekend,” said Coral’s David Stevens.

Racing Post. Now in the role of Head of PR, he is involved in all aspects
of the company's media relations, providing the latest racing betting news , as well as Coral's sponsorship and event
portfolio. A keen sports fan, and long-suffering Portsmouth supporter (the
two are not always connected), when not working he will normally be found
heading south, or east or west, to the sun, and that liking for the sunshine
explains why he will always prefer flat racing to the jumps.
