Bookies believe Spectre will beat Skyfall at the Box Office

As the new James Bond movie Spectre hits cinema screens today, leading bookmaker Coral believe it will beat Skyfall and become the highest grossing film ever at the UK box office. The firm is quoting odds of 1-3 that it breaks the record in Britain, however, it’s not expected to smash the world record at 100-1.

“Spectre will have to contend with the Hunger Games finale and the new Star Wars sequel this year, but the odds still suggest it will beat both movies and Skyfall to become the highest grossing film in British history,” said Coral’s Nicola McGeady.
