Storm the Stars trimmed for Leger glory after trial success

Storm The Stars is 4-1 (from 5-1) favourite with Coral for the Ladbrokes St Leger, following the colt’s hard fought Great Voltigeur victory this afternoon.  The York runner-up, Bondi Beach, is 6-1 (from 10-1) second favourite for the Doncaster Classic.

An earlier winner on the Knavesmire, the Queen’s Recorder, earnt a 25-1 quote from Coral for next year’s Investec Derby, and is 33-1 for the Qipco 2,000 Guineas, while Golden Horn is eased to 6-1 (from 4-1) for the Qatar Prix De L’Arc De Triomphe following his shock defeat to Arabian Queen in the Juddmonte International.
