Bristol City, Hull and Wolves star in superb Championship treble

| 19.08.2015

The Championship continues to be one of the most competitive leagues out there, and England’s terrific second-tier is set to bring even more tasty ties for punters to pounce on this midweek.

So, make the most of Coral’s cracking special with a sensational 6/1 offer for all of Bristol City, Hull City and Wolverhampton Wanderers to win their upcoming clashes. This terrific trio, all hosts, are either odds-on or an excellent price to take their respective spoils, but here are even more reasons to back the formidable three…

Bristol City v Leeds United
The Robins, 23/20 to triumph in their tussle with the unpredictable Yorkshire outfit, will be confident of victory at the Ashton Gate Stadium, where they have lost just one of their past eight league outings.

Leeds, meanwhile, can struggle on the road and won just seven Championship games on their travels last term. The visitors also look far from potent, having drawn a blank last time out against Reading.

Hosts Bristol have, however, attackers Jonathan Kodjia (11/2 to strike last) and Aaron Wilbraham (5/1 to net first) at their disposal, and both were on target in their previous showing.

Hull City v Fulham
Hull are understandably odds-on at 4/5 to win in front of passionate home support here, while rivals Fulham are tasked with a long trek from London to Humberside and the KC Stadium, where they have not taken the spoils since 1996.

The Tigers still boast a handful of Premier League quality players, with the likes of top-flight record marksman Nikica Jelavic (9/2 to notch first) and flying flank threat Ahmed El-Mohamady (11/2 in the anytime market) still with Steve Bruce’s side.

Hull are unbeaten in their two Championship games so far this term, while Fulham have floundered, with the Cottagers yet to win one.

Wolverhampton Wanderers v QPR
Wolves, pushing hard for Premier League promotion, are 21/20 favourites to sweep aside QPR, who they had the better of when last duelling with the Hoops in 2012.

QPR come into this clash having collected just one point since their Championship return, also conceding four in two outings.

Now the Londoners must face a Wolves side with rampant forwards, including dangerous duo Benik Afobe and Nouha Dicko, who are respective 7/4 and 21/10 shouts in the anytime market.
