Brighton, Middlesbrough and QPR in terrific Championship treble

Published:

Coral are offering another tasty treble to take for punters on the Championship for the 3pm Saturday kick-offs, with enhanced odds of 11/2 available for all of home teams Brighton and Hove Albion, Middlesbrough and QPR to win their respective games.

The Seagulls host Blackburn Rovers, while Boro and the Hoops welcome current relegation-zone dwellers Bristol City and Rotherham United.

All three clubs in this special are either odds-on or short-price favourites for victory, and are currently at least 11 places above their respective upcoming opponents. If that is not enough to sway you yet, here are more reasons to back this brilliant bet…

Brighton v Blackburn
Chris Hughton’s Seagulls come into this clash on a run of six games undefeated against Rovers and they are currently up in third place in the Championship after a great start to the new Championship season. They are, therefore, 11/10 favourites for victory at the Falmer Stadium again.

The likes of forwards Kazenga Lua-Lua, Sam Baldock and Tommer Hemed have all netted for Brighton this term, and are respective 14/5, 2/1 and 19/10 to notch anytime once more.

Middlesbrough v Bristol City
Boro have also begun the campaign brightly, being undefeated from their opening three league games, while Bristol have lost two and drawn the other to put them down in the relegation zone. That is why the hosts are odds-on 4/6 favourites to triumph here.

New signing Dave Nugent (5/4 to score anytime) will be hoping to net, as will returning hero Stewart Downing (9/4).

QPR v Rotherham
The Hoops have not lost in the league to Rotherham since 1982, and come into this encounter on the back of beating Wolverhampton Wanderers, so are odds-on favourites at 4/5 to see off the Yorkshire outfit too.

Charlie Austin is still at QPR, and is set to feature, so is a great shout at 13/10 to score anytime. Sebastian Polter (13/8), Jamie Mackie, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas (both 9/5) and Matt Phillips (19/10) are other options going forward.
