McIlroy 11-4 for PGA Championship win at Wentworth

Published:

Rory McIlroy has been installed as the 11-4 favourite by bookmaker Coral to defend his BMW PGA Championship title this week at Wentworth Club after his victory in the Wells Fargo Championship yesterday. The world number one has also been cut into 4-1 (from 5-1) to score once again in the US Open, the second major of 2015 next month.

“Rory was well backed to succeed in the Wells Fargo Championship and we expect a lot of punters to be rolling up their winnings this week at Wentworth in the flagship event on the European Tour. Since we opened betting on the event, it has been all one-way traffic for the world number one to defend his title,” said Coral’s John Hill.
