As the Premier League 2014/15 season nears the end, Coral football writers come up with our team of matchweek 37.

Goalkeeper: Jack Butland (Stoke City)
While Burnley are already resigned to playing in the Championship next season, they still gave it their all in this fixture with Stoke, however young England cap Butland was equal to all of highly-rated Danny Ings’ efforts.

Right back: Antonio Valencia (Manchester United)
United had the better of Arsenal in their Super Sunday clash, and were unlucky not to have taken all three points at Old Trafford. Louis van Gaal is said to be looking for a new right back, but converted winger Valencia put in an assured performance here.

Centre back: Chris Smalling (Manchester United)
After being linked with a move away from United last summer and early this season, Smalling has won over the fans and boss Van Gaal, as the Dutchman made the defender captain against the Gunners. Smalling thrived in the role.

Centre back: Jason Shackell (Burnley)
Battlers Burnley (6/4 to finish bottom) knew they had as tough match against top 10 team Stoke at the weekend, and their defenders did a good job restricting their attack, with Shackell standing out.

Left back: Danny Rose (Tottenham)
Attacking wing back Rose scored a crucial second goal against a Hull side that were desperately looking for a win in their bid for survival. Although he scuffed his strike, it still looked spectacular.

Centre midfield: Leroy Fer (QPR)
Like Burnley, QPR are already relegated but are still hoping to go out on a high. It seemed that Fer was trying to impress potential suitors, and scored a screamer to help his side beat Newcastle United (7/1 to go down) 2-1.

Centre midfield: Yaya Toure (Manchester City)
Toure has been strongly linked with a move away from the Etihad at the end of the season, and has had a very inconsistent campaign by his standards. However, he got two goals for his team in an entertaining clash with high-flying Swansea.

Right wing: Sadio Mane (Southampton)
Getting the fastest ever Premier League hat-trick is enough to get anyone in to our Team of the Week, and the Senegal forward’s treble completely destroyed the Aston Villa defence, as they ended up thrashing them 6-1. He also grabbed an assist.

Left wing: David Silva (Manchester City)
Man City were given a tough test by Swansea, but Silva kept as cool as ever to set up two of his side’s four goals to help them win 4-2 and all-but secure second place.

Striker: Shane Long (Southampton)
While Mane took all the plaudits, Long’s performance was somewhat unfairly overshadowed, as the Irishman bagged a brace, the second of which was a stunning long-ranged strike, and he also set up another two. The Saints are now 11/4 for a top six finish.

Striker: Romelu Lukaku (Everton)
Everton have saved their season after a terrible first half to the campaign, and the big Belgian broke West Ham hearts when he netted a late winner to leapfrog the hosts into the top 10. Lukaku also assisted Leon Osman for his side’s opener.
