Singing act odds-on to win Britain’s Got Talent

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Britain’s Got Talent returns to our screens tomorrow for a new season on ITV and leading bookmaker Coral is betting on the type of winner ahead of the 2015 series in which they make a singing act the odds-on favourite at 4-6.

Dancers also have an excellent record on the talent show and Coral has them second best in the betting at 2-1, while at bigger prices, an animal act is available at 25-1 to be crowned the winner on series number nine.

“Singing acts and dancers have an excellent record on Britain’s Got Talent so they top the betting ahead of the new series and we expect them to be the most popular choices as the auditions progress,” said Coral’s John Hill.

“Of the bigger prices, animal acts are always well backed. Ashleigh and Pudsey landed a gamble in 2012 so we will be weary of any canine gambles in the series,” added Hill.

**Type of winner of series nine of Britain’s Got Talent

4-6 Singer(s), 2-1 Dancer(s), 16-1 Comedian(s), 16-1 Magician(s), 25-1 Animal act, 25-1 impressionist, 28-1 Bar.
