Game of the Day: One Can Two Can

| 08.04.2015

Hello and welcome back to Game of the Day, bringing you more of the latest, greatest and most exciting slots around. Today we pack all of our most colourful shirts to go on a tropical island adventure with One Can Two Can – a 5 reel, 25 payline slot developed by NextGen Gaming.

This game has the bright, sharp and engaging graphics we’ve come to expect from all NextGen slots. In fact One Can Two can is one of the most vivid slots we’ve ever seen with a backdrop of an iridescent waterfall and palm leaves gently shaking in the breeze. The symbols largely consist of jungle creatures (a lemur, lizard and parrot feathers) or the tropical fruit of your bountiful new home!

Safari and tropical island themed slots are not exactly an endangered species, we’ve reviewed several in this column alone. However, One Can Two Can’s design, simplicity and engaging play style means it offers something different to the rest.

As for bonus games, you can instantly win 10 free spins if 3 or more “palm tree” scatters appear across the reels at any time. Hungry Toucans will then eat fruit from the reels, replacing those symbols with extra wilds to increase your wins. Those pesky Toucans may occasionally swoop in after any win and replace a low paying symbol with an extra scatter.

The scatter symbol also appears in regular play, where it can take up different positions on paylines to make a win more likely. The wild, of course, is also used in the regular game and can substitute for any paying symbol (except the scatter) to create winning lines.

Although the gameplay of One Can Two Can is by no means revolutionary; outstanding graphics, a soothing backdrop and entertaining play make for an exciting session every time. The bonus games come often enough to keep thing interesting and the animation of the Toucan eating your reels to provide extra wilds is a joy to watch! One Can Two Can is available to play now in the Games Tab.
