Luton Town will be hoping to put a four-game losing streak behind them, as the sixth-placed club host Wycombe Wanderers, who sit third in League Two.

John Still’s side are 8/5 with Coral to turn around what has been a miserable month, and record a win against the Wanderers, who by contrast haven’t lost in six matches, taking 12 points. The London-based club also haven’t scored in their last two league, since Alex Lawless found the net in a narrow 3-2 defeat to Morcambe. He is 6/1 to strike again, anytime.

Their last win came at home against Accrington Stanley, at the end of February, when Jayden Stockley and Luke Guttridge struck. They are 2/1 and 11/2 respectively in the anytime market, while club top scorer with 12 Mark Cullen is 6/1 to get the first goal.

The Hatters have been left clinging onto a play-off spot following an agonising 1-0 defeat to Newport Country, and need points fast to rectify their form.

Speaking about their current run, and last match, Still said: “We have missed players, they are important players but we can’t do anything about that.

“Was it good enough defending [for Newport’s goal]? I don’t think so. Having looked at it real time, we could have done better,” he continued.

“This is a massive challenge for us now, and it’s about how strong mentally we are. There’s nothing wrong in losing, it’s how you respond to losing. I don’t believe in luck.”

Wycombe are well positioned to challenge for the League Two championship trophy, and are eight points off table toppers Burton Albion with a game in hand.

Top scorer with 10 this season Paul Hayes last dispatched in the win over Tranmere Rovers at the beginning of the month, converting a penalty, and the striker is 2/1 in the anytime market. Last time out, they were held at home by Accrington in a 2-2 draw and, after taking the lead, had to then come from behind to earn a point.

Sam Wood opened the scoring, and is 12/1 to do so again, while Alfie Mawson, who grabbed the equaliser, is also 12/1 in the anytime market.
