Bookies cut Day into 12-1 for Masters victory

| 09.02.2015

Jason Day has been cut into 12-1 (from 18-1) to win the Masters after his playoff victory in the Farmers Insurance Open last night. The Australian finished in a tie for second in 2011 and is now third best in the outright market for this year’s Green Jacket, behind 4-1 favourite Rory McIlroy and Bubba Watson who is 10-1.

“Sunday’s victory at Torrey Pines was a big win for Jason Day as it will give him lots of confidence ahead of the Masters in April. The Australian already has two top five finishes at Augusta so it is clearly a course he enjoys playing at,” said Coral’s John Hill.

**The Masters

4 Roy McIlroy, 10 Bubba Watson, 14 Jason Day, 18 Adam Scott, Jordan Spieth, 25 Justin Rose, Rickie Fowler, Tiger Woods, 28 Henrik Stenson, Phil Mickelson, 33 Bar.
