Bookies cut Manchester United into 12-1 for title
Manchester United have been cut into 12-1 (from 14-1) to win the Premier League title following their victory over rivals Liverpool today. The Red Devils have also shortened in the top four betting where they are now available at 1-6 (from 1-4).
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has been slashed into 3-1 to be the next Premier League to leave, while the firm go 13-8 that he is not in charge of the club on the final game of the Premier League season.
“The betting suggests United are looking good for a top four spot this season and are still in with an outside shot of capturing the title itself. Liverpool, on the other hand, have a lot to do to finish in the top four, while manager Brendan Rodgers has been cut for an early departure this season,” said Coral’s John Hill.
