Bookies brace themselves for another Strictly shock

| 12.12.2014

However after Pixie Lott’s shock exit on Sunday night, the firm have seen money come for other contestants getting the chop instead.

Simon Webbe is the second favourite to leave at 9-4, Jake Wood and Caroline Flack are both 10-1, ahead of Frankie Bridge at 12-1.

“Pixie’s exit last weekend was a huge shock and punters are now ignoring us bookies and are instead backing outsiders to leave the show,” said Coral’s Nicola McGeady.

“Caroline Flack has probably come for the most money outside of the favourite, so we are bracing ourselves for another major shocked,” added McGeady.

Meanwhile, Jake Wood has returned to the head of the betting at 7-4 to win the glitter Ball Trophy.
