Following a pair of road losses that put their NFL playoff hopes in jeopardy, Detroit Lions play host to Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving Day as strong 7-point home favourites with Coral.

The 7-4 Lions return home to take on their long-time NFC North rivals on the heels of a devastating 34-9 loss the New England Patriots. That game was the second straight blank for Detroit, following their dismal performance in a 14-6 loss at Arizona in Week 11.

On a run of no touchdowns for three matches, the Lions have struggled all season to score points. Despite QB Matthew Stafford’s 2,943 passing yards, ranking him eighth among passers this term, Detroit have scored a poor 17.9 points per game.

Stafford, meanwhile, tallies just 13 TDs (5/1 to score anytime here) against 10 interceptions. However, the Lions’ saving grace has been a rock-solid defense, which has given up just 303.8 total yards per game.

Chicago (5-6) ride a two-game win streak into their Week 13 match-up with Detroit, but the Bears have been inconsistent on the road this season, losing three of their last four, SU and ATS. They posted a pair of upset victories in San Francisco and New York early in the campaign.

Chi-Town’s team dropped a pair of close decisions to the Lions in two meetings last season, failing to cover in each, but are a strong 7-3 SU in their last 10 encounters with Detroit.

Philadelphia Eagles visit Dallas Cowboys with top spot in the NFC East at stake, as three-point underdogs. Thursday’s match-up is the first of two between these 8-3 squads over the next three weeks, which will likely determine this season’s division winner.

Dallas have rebounded following a pair of SU and ATS losses to Washington and Arizona that allowed the Eagles to go joint-top.

However, the Cowboys have been a risky bet of late, failing to cover in four of their last seven outings, and are 1-3 ATS in their last four at AT&T Stadium.

Philadelphia are 5-2 SU and ATS in their last seven, with their last four wins coming by double-digit margins, but the Eagles have struggled on the road in recent weeks, just 1-3 SU and 2-2 ATS in their last four away games.

This year’s NFL Thanksgiving nightcap features San Francisco 49ers as slim one-point home favourites over Seattle Seahawks.

There a huge implications in this prime-time matchup regarding the NFC West divisional race, with the 7-4 Niners and 7-4 Seahawks both trailing the division-leading Cardinals by two games.

Defending Super Bowl champions Seattle have produced mixed results in recent meetings with San Francisco, losing SU in their last five visitsy, but are 5-0 ATS in their last five overall against the 49ers.

Following a slow start, the Niners have won six of their last eight SU overall, and are a solid 3-2 SU in five home dates this season, but are just 1-4 ATS, with both their SU losses coming when favoured by at least a touchdown.
