Visitors Feyenoord will be full of confidence as they head into one of the Eredivisie campaign’s most eagerly awaited encounters, and are 11/4 with Coral to take all three points against league leaders PSV Eindhoven.

The rampant Rotterdam club are on a sensational six-game unbeaten streak and are eager to make amends for their woeful early start to the season.

Aside from their fantastic current form, Feyenoord have won all of their last three duels with rivals PSV. It was 2-0 on their last visit to the Philips Stadion, and Fred Rutten’s team are 25/1 to repeat that feat.

Captain and conductor Jordy Clasie will be essential to Feyenoord’s chances of controlling the midfield and crafting chances.

The 23-year-old will be tasked with feeding forward threats Jens Toornstra and Colin Kazim-Richards. Toornstra has been on target in both of his last two outings, and is 10/1 to fire home first.

Eindhoven will be feeling bullish on home soil, however, and are odds-on favourites at 10/11 to take all three points, as they just edge the historical head-to-head record.

The main challenge for Phillip Cocu’s boys will be finding a way to breach their visitors’ resilient rearguard. Feyenoord have not conceded in their last six games, making them 11/2 to keep yet another consecutive clean sheet.

Despite Rutten’s Rotterdam being hailed as the in-form team, PSV have still gone nine games across all competitions without a defeat.

Whilst this stat pales in comparison to their eight-game winning streak at the start of the campaign, Eindhoven still boast far more potent firepower than their rivals.

PSV’s most prolific predator is highly-rated Dutch World Cup star Memphis Depay. The electric attacker has continued to dazzle since his World Cup exploits and is the league leaders’ top scorer.

After netting three in his last five games, dangerous and pacy Depay is 9/2 to be first on the scoresheet. Fellow forwards Luciano Narsingh and Luuk de Jong have also been among the goals lately and are also 13/2 and 9/2 net the opener respectively.

Cocu’s offence is supported by a midfield more than able to provide it’s own goal threat, in the form of Adam Maher and captain Georginio Wijnaldum, who have racked up a combined tally of 9 this campaign.

In a boost for hosts Eindhoven, Mexico loan star Andres Guardado is also expected to be fit for this clash following midweek fitness concerns.

Having scored an impressive 16 goals in their last six games, PSV may just have too much for Feyenoord on their home turf, and are 12/5 to net three or more and be the ones to break their impressive backline record.

With Ajax gaining ground at the top of the table, and just three points standing between them, Cocu’s men must deliver and halt Feyenoord’s thrilling revival in its tracks.
