Brazil, Argentina, Netherlands and Belgium in nifty 9/2 acca

| 12.11.2014

Coral are offering terrifically enhanced odds of 9/2 for all of international heavyweights Brazil, Argentina, the Netherlands and Belgium to win their friendlies against lesser opposition. The quartet are all odds-on favourites in their respective battles.

The Samba Boys are on the road to Turkey, their bitter South American rivals face Croatia at West Ham United’s Upton Park, Clockwork Orange host Mexico and Belgium welcome Iceland.

Turkey v Brazil
Brazil, the most successful footballing country on earth, travel to Istanbul, having never lost against Turkey in their five encounters with them, and they are odds-on at 4/6 to defeat them again.

This will be the duo’s first meeting on Turkish soil since 1956, when the Samba Boys were 1-0 victors. They are 13/2 chances to win by that exact result once more.

Barcelona star Neymar will be the main man for Brazil again, having netted 40 times in his first 58 caps, and the 22-year-old is 3/1 to score first, or 3/1 to bag a brace or better.

Argentina v Croatia
World Cup finalists Argentina have only played the Eastern European nation twice before, and beat them at the 1998 finals 1-0. They are heavily odds-on at 1/5 to win again, and 11/2 by that scoreline.

The duo will be duelling on neutral turf, which happens to be the ground where Carlos Tevez, who has netted against Croatia before, once plied his trade. He has managed to get back into international favour, and the Juventus forward can be backed at 91/100 to score anytime here.

Netherlands v Mexico
In recent times, Clockwork Orange have won four out of five of their meetings with the Aztecs, losing none, which is why they go into this encounter in Amsterdam as odds-on 8/11 favourites.

These two nations last met in an enthralling battle at the recent World Cup in Brazil, with Louis van Gaal’s men knocking out Miguel Herrera’s Mexico in the last 16. The Netherlands won 2-1 on the day, and are 8/1 chances for that scoreline again.

Belgium v Iceland
While the duo have not met at senior level in the last 37 years, Belgium have won all eight of their head-to-heads with Iceland in history. They have also not conceded against them in their previous four battles, so the Red Devils are odds-on at 2/5 for victory again, and 19/20 to do so to nil.
