Taghrooda the best backed horse in stellar Arc De Triomphe

| 04.10.2014

Taghrooda, winner of this year’s Investec Oaks and King George, is proving the best backed horse with Coral at 6/1 in a stellar renewal of the Prix De L’Arc De Triomphe tomorrow.

Ectot currently heads Coral’s betting for the big race at 11/2 but Taghrooda is expected to start favourite if the support continues tomorrow.

“This is the most open renewal of the Arc De Triomphe for many years and we will lay a spread of money across all the major contenders but Taghrooda is likely to be the most popular with the UK betting public”, said Simon Clare, Coral Spokesman.

“The weight of betting shop money tomorrow will surely see Taghrooda start favourite in the UK, while Ectot should head the betting on the PMU where the home-based support should prove decisive”, added Clare.
