Scotland, Serbia and Romania all to win at 5/1 in Euro 2016 treble

| 11.10.2014

Coral give punters a chance to win big in this Saturday Euro 2016 qualifiers special, for all of odds-on favourites in their respective games, Scotland, Serbia and Romania to win at 5/1.

The Tartan Army take on Georgia, the Serbs travel to fellow Eastern European nation Armenia and Romania host neighbours Hungary.

Scotland v Georgia
These sides have faced each other in a European Championship qualifier before on Scottish turf, with the hosts prevailing 2-1 in 2007. Gordan Strachan’s men are odds-on 8/13 favourites to beat the Eastern Europeans again, and 17/2 by that same scoreline.

Craig Gordon was in net that day, and the Celtic stopper has returned to his best form this season. Back his side at 31/20 to win to nil, or odds-on at 19/20 just to get a clean sheet.

Scotland come into this encounter after losing just one of their last seven games, having beaten the likes of Poland, Croatia and Norway. For scorers, back Steven Fletcher, who just recently netted a double in the Premier League for Sunderland, at 4/1 to get the first goal.

Armenia v Serbia
Serbia, nicknamed the White Eagles, enter this match having lost and conceded in none of their three meetings with Armenia. They are odds-on at 3/4 to win again, 33/20 to do so to nil and 11/10 just to keep a clean sheet.

Serbia enter this fixture on the back of losing just one of their last 10 games, which was a close 1-0 result away to footballing giants Brazil.

Premier League defenders Aleksandar Kolarov (Manchester City) and Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea) have both got goals recently for their country, and they are good shouts at 5/1 and 4/1 to score again anytime.

Romania v Hungary
Romania have won six of their last seven matches with their eastern neighbours Hungary, losing none, and that is why they are odds-on at 4/5 to beat them once more. All of those victories were remarkably without conceding, so a price of 8/5 for them to claim three points to nil again are highly tempting.

Ciprian Marica, Mihai Pintilii, Alexandru Chipciu and Cristian Tanase have all been on target against Hungary recently, and are 9/5, 5/1, 5/2 and 5/2 to net again anytime at home.

As well as the main betting sports, football, tennis and cricket, he covers the likes of golf, F1 and darts too, the latter of which has become a particular favourite. Sam enjoys playing as much as writing about sports, but niggling injuries have limited his participation in recent years, so is happy to mainly watch the pros such as Manchester United, Yorkshire CCC, Raymond van Barneveld and even Gibraltar national football team instead.
