SPORTSBOOK ODDS

With stormy weather heading towards the UK, bookmaker Coral go 10-1 that the wettest day of the year occurs this weekend, while the odds on snow have been slashed into 5-1 from 10-1.

However, other parts of the UK are expecting an Indian Summer and the firm go odds-on at 10-11 that the mercury rises to 21C, while it’s 4-1 that it rises to 23C.

“The betting suggests that Britain will experience all four seasons this weekend, with a washout in places, and sunshine in others,” said Coral’s Nicola McGeady
