Punters backing further sunshine this week

| 28.09.2014

Leading bookmaker Coral is betting on what the highest temperature will be in the upcoming week in which they are odds of just 2-1 that 23c or higher will be reached at any point in the UK over the next seven days.

The firm has also been forced to cut its odds on the record temperature for October to be broken into 8-1 after a sting of bets over the past couple of days, while there has also been some interest in the record temperature for November to be reached which is available at 10-1.

“The glorious weather this weekend has triggered punters into backing further sunshine this week, while we’ve also cut our odds on record highs being broken for October and November following plenty of interest,” said Coral’s John Hill
