Liverpool slashed following White Hart Lane rout

| 01.09.2014

Bookmaker Coral has cut Liverpool into 10-1 (from 14-1) to win the Premier League title after they dispatcher Tottenham 3-0 at White Hart Lane this afternoon. The Reds have also been slashed to finish in the top four where they are currently available at 4-9 with the firm.

After being held to a point against Leicester this afternoon, Arsenal are out to 10-1 for title glory but remain odds-on at 2-5 for a top four finish.

“It was a strong statement from Liverpool today and one that has forced us to rethink about their odds on winning the league. They are still a long way behind Chelsea and City in the betting but are now third best alongside the Gunners,” said Coral’s John Hill
