SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Coral are offering exciting enhanced odds of 7/2 for the trio of Manchester United, Middlesbrough and Celtic all to taste victory.

United prepare for a swashbuckling start as they duel with Swansea City, whilst Boro battle rivals Leeds and Ronny Deila’s Bhoys take on Dundee United after being buoyed by an opening win against St Johnstone.

Manchester United v Swansea
The Old Trafford outfit will be experiencing a surreal sense of deja vu as they kick off their campaign under a new manager against Swansea, just as they did last season. United smashed the Swans 4-1 on that occasion, and are 22/1 to repeat that scoreline again under Louis van Gaal.

Forwards Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck both bagged braces in last term’s opener, and are 7/2 and 7/1 to score two or more again respectively. New Red Devils skipper Wayne Rooney is also available at 3/1 to repay van Gaal’s faith by firing home first against Gary Monk’s men, who have not managed a league win over United since 1982.

Leeds v Middlesbrough
Boro have been on fire so far this term, with two competitive wins out of two, and five pre-season victories from seven outings, making them 5/4 to defeat northern rivals Leeds, who stuttered to a 2-0 defeat against Millwall in their 2014/15 Championship bow.

Middlesbrough boss Aitor Karanka’s summer signing striker Kike has so far struck twice in as many appearances for the Teesside team, finding the net against Birmingham and Oldham. The Spaniard is 5/1 to score first, or last, against the Whites, who are now without former top scorer and 2014 Player of the Year Ross McCormack.

Celtic vs Dundee United
Reigning Scottish Premiership champions Celtic made it business as usual by putting three past St Johnstone in their opener, and are 10/1 to repeat that feat in their second outing against Dundee. Anthony Stokes netted first against the Terrors, and is 7/2 to strike first again to give new boss Deila two league wins on the trot.

The Hoops also hold the head-to-head record having emerged victorious in all of their last six encounters with the Tannadice team. A 5-0 rout was one of the Bhoys highlights from last season, and they are odds-on at 1/2 to win the clash, as well as 45/1 to replicate that scorching scoreline.
