Colombia, England and Japan all to win at 9/1

SPORTSBOOK ODDS

Go with Coral this World Cup to receive enhanced special odds such as the 9/1 offer on Colombia to beat Ivory Coast, England to see off Uruguay and Japan to slay Greece.

Colombia v Ivory Coast
These two nations have never faced each other before, but it is the South Americans who go into this battle as favourites at 11/10. This is largely due to the fact that the Elephants stumble into this match lacking form, having won just three of their last eight internationals, while Colombia have only lost once in their previous 13.

Colombia managed to come through their opening game with Greece with ease, despite the absence of injured star striker Radamel Falcao. Goals from Pablo Armero, and forwards Teofilo Gutierrez and James Rodriguez gave them a 3-0 victory. The latter duo are both priced at the same price of 5/4 to net again.

Uruguay v England
The three Lions won the last meeting with Uruguay in 2006 2-1, and are favourites to do again at 6/5, and by that scoreline at 17/2. Hodgson’s men lost their opener to Italy, but they showed such promise that they can see off this wounded La Celeste side.

Uruguay were stunned in their first Group D game against minnows Costa Rica and, with their hopes of qualification fading, England can take full advantage and finish them off by effectively eliminating them.

Japan v Greece
There is just one head-to-head between these sides on FIFA’s record list. Japan were 1-0 victors that day in 2005 at the Confederations Cup, and are favourites at 21/20 to beat them again, and 6/1 by that scoreline.

The Blue Samurai, managed by Italian Alberto Zaccheroni, have managed to net 16 goals in their last six fixtures and are 11/8 chances to get over 2.5 again. Greece got thrashed 3-0 against Colombia in their opener, and their toothless attack will not out-threaten this slick Japan side.
