Australia 4-11 to complete Derby double as seven line up at Curragh

| 26.06.2014

Investec Derby hero Australia is 4-11 favourite with Coral to complete a Classic double with victory in this Saturday’s Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby, ahead of the Epsom runner-up, Kingston Hill, at 7-2.

“At 16-1 bar the front two in the betting, the Irish Derby is looking very much like a match between Kingston Hill and his Epsom conqueror, with Australia favoured to come out on top once again,” said Coral’s David Stevens.

One absentee from Saturday’s race, True Story, is now likely to head to the Coral-Eclipse instead, and the Godolphin colt is 16-1 for the Sandown highlight, for which another contender, Ocovango, is 33-1 (from 50-1) with the sponsor.
